Client engagements are offered as projects and workshops:
Projects create detailed recommendations and actionable plans and allow for robust vetting and execution plans. Projects are useful for developing organizational capabilities and leadership skills as we work side-by-side with leaders and team members. Long engagements are often partitioned in multiple projects to manage team member workload and to allow for phased implementation.
Workshops are intense immersions conducted over one or two days, and are customized to consider possibility, identify solutions and build consensus. Often, workshops are helpful when speed is essential or stakeholder alignment is a barrier. We often include workshops in projects to kick-start our work, test interim recommendations or identify implementation constraints.
